GOLDEN CANDLESTICK  -  (an appellation of the Theotokos) In the Old Testament Tabernacle, there were found in the Sanctuary golden candlesticks. The Theotokos is the Candlestick which held that Light that illumines the world (Ex. 25:31-40).
